Back by popular demand! In 2020 I had to cancel all of my workshops due to the pandemic and now am excited to be able to offer them again. Level one will consist of a deep dive into palpation of the body by attuning to the autonomic nervous system and the cerebral spinal fluid circulation.

Craniosacral therapy is both a diagnostic tool and a treatment. In this class, we will go over the nuts and bolts of deep listening as well as the mechanics of working on a body in third-dimensional space. We will also dive into the anatomy of fascia and the extracellular matrix, as well as explore time and its relative nature when it relates to holding trauma in the cellular structure. At the end of this weekend, you will have a specific mechanical outline to follow in order to work on any part of the body so that you can assist with any patient and any pathology that shows up at your doorstep on Monday morning. This is not available in all level 1 craniosacral workshops offered. I want to make sure you have something to start working with right away and I want to help you start building your confidence in your palpation skills.

You will have the primary tools in order to continue deepening the expertise of your listening and palpatory sense. As a physician myself, this is a class that is invaluable for understanding how to incorporate this into your busy medical practice. I have 28 years of experience doing craniosacral therapy in a busy primary care setting and I can help guide you and answer questions about how to incorporate this easily into patient care.
